Services
For those who would like to start with just a consultation, we offer free consultations for anyone interested as well as for their family members. Please feel free to reach out to us. After your initial trial session, you can choose from the following programs. (Click on a program name to view more details.)
Initial Trial Rehabilitation
(In-Studio / Home-Based / Conditioning)

"I finished my post-surgery rehab, but I'm still not progressing well"
"Due to paralysis, my arms and legs feel heavy, and the pain is constant"
"I feel unsteady when walking, making it scary to go out alone"
Many clients who visit us initially face these immediate, distressing symptoms and anxiety about moving.
In the Initial Trial Rehab, we first listen carefully to your story. Through specialized physical evaluations, we pinpoint the root cause of your heaviness, pain, or unsteadiness.
While easing your current symptoms and building a body you can move with confidence, we work together to determine the best plan—chosen from our In-Studio, Home-Based, or Conditioning services—to help you achieve your ultimate goals, like returning to hobbies or daily activities.
Please don't suffer in silence. Share your challenges and anxieties with us first.
In-Studio Rehab: Intensive Functional Training

Based on the root causes and goals identified during the Initial Trial Rehab, we provide intensive functional training tailored specifically to you.
Our clinic is fully equipped with specialized rehab beds and a spacious layout. This professional environment allows you to challenge yourself with larger, more diverse movements that are often difficult to perform during home visits.
Furthermore, to ensure the positive physical responses achieved during your session are not lost, we provide custom home exercise programs every single time.
Since your physical condition changes daily, we never skip a thorough, expert evaluation at the start of each visit. The home exercises we prescribe evolve dynamically based on your condition that day. We ensure that your progress steadily builds up with every visit.
Sessions are available in 30, 60, or 90-minute programs, allowing for thorough training tailored to your condition.

Home-Based Rehab: Practical Daily Living Training

This plan is designed for those who find it difficult to commute to our clinic, as well as those who want to focus entirely on improving movements within their own home.
Whether it is navigating the bathroom, bathing, cooking in the kitchen, doing laundry, or taking a walk outside, practicing in your actual living environment allows us to deeply evaluate the root causes of unsteadiness or limited mobility (including both physical and higher brain functions). Because we focus directly on real-life tasks, your goals become crystal clear, leading to highly targeted rehabilitation.
For our home-visit rehabilitation services, we also provide a different set of customized home exercises for each session. These are specifically tailored to your actual living environment and adapted to your cumulative physical progress.
Additionally, home sessions make it easy for your family to observe, allowing everyone to stay informed on your current status and learn caregiving tips. Together as a family, we can celebrate and track your positive progress.

Conditioning: Prevention and Performance Enhancement

This plan is for those who do not have a major illness or injury but want to address minor discomforts, such as chronic back tension or persistent daily aches.
It perfectly meets the needs of those who feel, "It’s not serious enough to go to a hospital, but I want an expert I can easily consult with."
Furthermore, if you feel that your flexibility isn't improving despite attending yoga or gymnastics classes, or if you want to know the secret to effective strength training, we are here to help. From a physical therapist's perspective, we provide targeted adjustments and guidance on proper body mechanics tailored to your unique physical habits.
