At Reconnect, we provide in-home rehabilitation primarily in Kazo City and its surrounding areas. Even if you live further away, please feel free to reach out to us first. We are dedicated to providing flexible and supportive care so that everyone in our community can continue their rehabilitation with peace of mind.

  • Primary Service Area
    • Kazo City, Kuki City, Satte and Hanyu City
    • For Those Outside Our Main Areas: Even for other regions, we may be able to visit depending on your distance from Kazo Station. We will review our schedule to see if we can accommodate you, so please don't hesitate to contact us.

Travel Fee Information

By Service Vehicle:

  • Within 5km radius: 500 – 1,000 yen
  • 5km – 10km radius: 1,500 – 2,000 yen (tax incl.)

    - Parking Fees: If a parking space is not available at your home, we kindly ask you to cover the actual cost of a nearby parking lot.
    - Public Transport: For visits via train or bus, we will charge the actual cost of the round-trip fare.

Location: Approx. 4-minute walk from Kazo Station.
Note: This is our administrative base. All rehabilitation sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, where our therapist will visit you directly.

Payment Methods

Important Notice Regarding Payment: We are currently processing our credit card payment system authentication. For the month of April, we only accept cash or bank transfer. Credit card payments are expected to be available starting in May. Thank you for your understanding.

Credit Card Payment

  • We use the Square payment system, allowing you to make secure credit card payments conveniently at your own home.

Cash Payment

  • Payments by family members living far away are also welcome.
    • Online invoicing is also available. We can send an invoice via email or LinkedIn, allowing you to complete your credit card payment securely from home.
  • Payment can be made directly on the day of each session.

Payment via Bank Transfer

  • Bank transfer to our designated accounts (such as MUFG Bank) is also available.
    • Bank Transfer Fees: We kindly ask that clients cover any applicable transfer fees.
    • Payment Schedule (For Regular Sessions): Payments are calculated at the end of each month. Please complete your payment by the 10th of the following month.

Note: This is a convenient option for family members who live far away and wish to pay on behalf of the client. Detailed bank account information will be provided during our first visit.
